The World's #1 Escape Game Social Hub!

This is HALLOWEEN!

Boys and girls of every age, wouldn’t you like to see something strange?

Come with us and you will see – this, our world of Halloween! Welcome to Escape Authority’s Halloween 2020 event! After months of an entirely different kind of scary, we’re excited to bring you, our readers, a little escape from reality over the next month and a half.

It’s absolutely no secret that Escape Authority’s Core Team has a passion for Halloween – in fact it was looking for new and unique Haunted Attractions to visit on a trip to Los Angeles in 2014 that spawned our equally passionate love of Escape Games.

It’s also no secret that as a genre, Escape Rooms and Haunted Attractions do tend to go hand-in-hand. There are so many parallels between the two industries, and as time goes by, they become more and more of one industry joined together. Many seasonal Haunts are evolving to offer Escape Rooms on site for the rest of the year to become a full time business. Many Escape Rooms are evolving to offer the level of scenic detail and storytelling found in Haunted Attractions.

This is Halloween! This is Halloween!

Pumpkins scream in the dead of night!

To celebrate the spirit of the season of Tricks and Treats, our favorite time of the year, today we announce Escape Authority’s fifth annual full site Halloween Event! Along with the return of our spooky pumpkin theme comes the return to our our seasonal favorites, and much more. Appropriately, each new Review from now until All Hallow’s Eve will spotlight a spooky / horror themed game.

And perhaps most exciting of all,  we return to our expanded focus on Haunted Attraction Reviews to spotlight the very best of the best events across the country! Of course, this year will be a little bit different. Current circumstances have prevented many of our favorite haunts from operating this season – and while this is certainly sad news, it does create a unique opportunity for us to spotlight others we may not have had a chance to feature in the past!

Each week, we’ll bring you a terrifying #ThrowbackThursday post digging up the bones of some of our favorite Haunted Attraction reviews from terrors gone by. But this year’s event is much more than just a post-mortem.

After all, this is Halloween, so nothing good ever really rests in peace! Throughout our Halloween 2020 event, we’ll be sharing some brand new special looks back to events we didn’t have a chance to post about in 2019,  bringing you – our precious readers -dangerously close to the monsters lurking in some of the country’s most renowned Haunts, including Knott’s Scary Farm, Oogie Boogie Bash, The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor, Dark Horizon, A Petrified Forest and Dallas’ Six Flags Fright Fest!

Of course, there’s always room for a few new screams! This year, joining an already full slate of Haunted Attraction Reviews you can expect to see in your nightmares, we’ll be kicking off the season with a visit to the world renowned haunts from Universal Orlando Resort! We’ll also be venturing into the woods to cover the brand new Scream ‘N Stream drive through haunt, as well as Tampa’s modified Howl-O-Scream and a return to one of our local favorites, A Petrified Forest. There may even be some additional spooky surprises lurking in the shadows.

And it all begins TOMORROW, with an exclusive look at a brand new paranormal Remote Play game at one of our favorite venues in the United States!

THIS IS HALLOWEEN! THIS IS HALLOWEEN!

HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN!
