The World's #1 Escape Game Social Hub!

Everyone Hail to the Pumpkin Song!

Boys and girls of every age, wouldn’t you like to see something strange?

Come with us and you will see – this, our world of Halloween! Welcome to Escape Authority’s Halloween 2018 event! Oh, how I cherish this time of year!

It’s absolutely no secret that Escape Authority’s Core Team has a passion for Halloween – in fact it was looking for new and unique Haunted Attractions to visit on a trip to Los Angeles in 2014 that spawned our equally passionate love of Escape Rooms.

It’s also no secret that as a genre, Escape Rooms and Haunted Attractions do tend to go hand-in-hand. There are so many parallels between the two industries, and as time goes by, they become more and more of one industry joined together. Many seasonal Haunts are evolving to offer Escape Rooms on site for the rest of the year to become a full time business. Many Escape Rooms are evolving to offer the level of scenic detail and storytelling found in Haunted Attractions.

This is Halloween! This is Halloween!

Pumpkins scream in the dead of night!

To celebrate the spirit of the season of Tricks and Treats, our favorite time of the year, today we announce Escape Authority’s third annual full site Halloween Event! Along with our brand new spooky theme comes the return to our our seasonal favorites, and much more. Appropriately, each new Review from now until All Hallow’s Eve will spotlight a spooky / horror themed game.

New this year, every single Saturday and Sunday will feature a Haunted Attraction (or full-on Halloween event) review! We’ve even added a full extra wicked week of Halloween time, to cover more content than ever before.

And perhaps most exciting of all,  our greatly expanded focus on Haunted Attraction Reviews will truly spotlight the very best of the best events across the country! Brand new features will bring you – our precious readers – dangerously close to the monsters lurking in some of the country’s most renowned Haunts, including Terror Behind the Walls, Pennhurst Asylum, Warner Brother’s Horror Made Here, Six Flags Fright Fest (for better or worse) and Erebus (later in the season) plus popular returning haunts like Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights on both coasts, Knott’s Scary FarmBusch Gardens Howl-O-Scream in both Florida and Virginia – including their exclusive Escape Games, Delusion and Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor just to name a few. And for the first time ever, Escape Authority will cover Disney Parks & Resorts attractions, with full reviews of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom and Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland joining an already full slate of Haunted Attraction Reviews you can expect to see in your nightmares very soon.

And it all begins TOMORROW, with a throwback review we’ve been dying to post since we just couldn’t squeeze in last year – Halloween Horror Nights 2017 at Universal Studios Hollywood, ushered in by our brand new full-themed Halloween site!

THIS IS HALLOWEEN! THIS IS HALLOWEEN!

HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN! HALLOWEEN!
