After twenty-nine non-stop days of voting, you, our readers, have spoken, casting a whopping 30,898 total votes! This was the very first time our Final Round was a mix of venues nominated for both in person experiences as well as remote play games, and interestingly, each day, an even mix of one of each was eliminated at the 3pm cutoff point. It seems clear from this that Remote Play games are a welcome addition to the larger escape game genre, and they’re here to stay! Because very venue included deserves the utmost recognition, we honor them with the addition of a Silver, Bronze and Top Ten Readers Key – Favorite Venue 2021 Award.

Just being considered for inclusion saw incredibly fierce competition – and each and every venue that made the brackets not only was entirely worthy of winning, but should be proud of the recognition our readers provided to their accomplishments!
We’d also like to take a moment to recognize all of our loyal readers around the country. This was your Award to give, and thanks to you, our fourth annual Readers Key Tournament was another incredible success!
